Faridabad: A married woman was allegedly raped by her neighbour in Saran area here.
The incident took place last night and the 19-year-old woman approached the police today.
According to the complaint filed by the woman, the neighbour came asking for a hammer at her home last night while claiming that he wanted to break the lock of his home as he had no keys, police said. Later, he raped the woman.
A case was registered on April 20 under Section 376 of IPC.
