Petrol pump employees foil loot attempt

Sonepat: An attempt of loot at a petrol pump
was foiled by its employees, following whom one youth was
arrested, police said on Wednesday.

Some unidentified armed youths, travelling in a car,
arrived at the petrol pump on Sonepat-Murthal road yesterday
and asked a salesman to fill up the car but refused to pay
the money and threatened the salesman, police said.

Immediately after the incident, the salesman informed
police following which a youth was arrested.

A man hunt has been launched to nab the other youths
involved and a case has been registered, police said.
