London: One in three young adults in the UK suffer from back pain due to extended hours of sitting in front of the television and computer screens, a new research has claimed. The research found that two fifths of Britons across all age groups suffer from back pain and the proportion of 16 to 24-year-olds suffering from pain was similar to that of the elderly, the `Daily Mail` reported. The study by a market research company found that 34 per cent of 16 to 24-year-olds suffer from back ache compared with 38 per cent of over-65s.
