During the promotions on one of the episodes of hotstar's 'M bole Toh', Katrina opened up like never before and said, “Every woman has the right and should look how they want to. That's the first and most important thing. If for some reason, whatever it is, you want to drop a little bit of weight, the most important things according to me are avoid wheat, sugar and dairy products.”

Well, there you have it! Wheat, sugar and dairy products are a strict no-no for this Bollywood beauty and that's what she also advises others to take note of!
