Well, nobody would be able to take this chance, as we have become so addicted to it. Though smartphone has its positive points, but there are also some negative aspects of it.
With rise in smartphone addiction, studies have found that it can affect our physical and emotional health problems.

We often scroll our Facebook and Instagram pages till late wee hours. Because of smartphone addiction, we are not able to get the sound sleep. Studies have found that increased smartphones usage can lead sleep disorder, insomnia.
Besides sleep disorder, smartphone addictions can also cause mental illnesses like depression and anxiety.
One should not use smartphone much as it contain allergens like nickel, chromium and cobalt that are reponsible for skin irritations or dermatitis on region around your cheek and ear.
The rays from your smartphone is not good for eyes if you stare at it for long hours. It can cause dry eyes, blurred vision, redness and even a burning sensation in your eyes.
Smartphone pinky is a condition where your little fingers starts to bend because of using your smartphone for more long hours. Even your thumbs and wrists are also at risk of getting injured.
