Doctors at the private hospital in Coimbatore, where the accident victim was under treatment, harvested eyes, liver, lung, heart and kidneys and transplanted them in other persons on Sunday after her mother agreed to donate the organs, police said.

Both women suffered serious injuries and Navaneetha was admitted to the hospital where doctors pronounced her brain dead late last night.
