London: Men who stay awake all night chose to munch on larger portions of calorie-dense foods the next day, researchers have claimed.Researchers from Uppsala University in Sweden analysed the eating patterns of 16 normal-weight males under buffet-like conditions after they were deprived of sleep all night, following a night of a solid eight-hour rest.
