Washington: Low doses of aspirin are recommended for patients with diabetes and other high-risk medical conditions to prevent formation of dangerous blood clots that cause heart attacks and strokes among diabetics.But a new clinical study has revealed that many patients with type 2 diabetes may be aspirin resistant – which means the standard aspirin dose may not protect them against blood clots.
