New Delhi: Including seafood to your platter at least once a week is essential, say researchers. A new research suggest that eating seafood or other foods with omega-3 fatty acids may prove beneficial for older people.

Weekly consumption of such food reduces the risk of developing age-related memory loss to a considerable level.

 

Seafood can provide a person with essential omega-3 fatty acids that happens to be the main structural component of the brain. It is a proven fact that omega-3 fatty acids help in preventing dementia and other brain related ailments.
