New Delhi: Alcohol was never considered a healthy beverage and it probably never will be, because of its incredible potency.
Sometimes, without realizing, be it at a party or just a friendly get-together, we tend to consume more drinks than we can hold and later, regret it.
But how much is exactly too much? How do we get to know whether we have reached our limit or not?
Well, fortunately for us, there are certain separate guidelines for males and females respectively, allotted by the Centres for Disease Control, that state the standard amount of alcohol consumption.
