New Delhi: The Delhi government Wednesday decided to offer free chlorine tablets but disputed claims that drug resistance in bacteria causing cholera and other diseases had risen in the city`s drinking water.
Officials of the National Centre for Disease Control, the DJB, the Directorate of Health Services of the Delhi government, the Maulana Azad Medical College and the National Environmental Engineering Research Institute (NEERI) attended the meeting.IANS
