Shimla: Himachal Chief Minister PK Dhumal,
who presented his fifth budget in the Assembly on Monday, gave the
longest budget speech in the history of Vidhan Sabha.
His 85-page speech read in Hindi with 189 sub headings,
lasted two hours and twenty minutes.
The CM read the speech in same rhythm
without any pause and frequently recited Urdu and Hindi
couplets.
