Monsoon remains subdued in Himachal

Monsoon on Saturday remained subdued in most places of Himachal Pradesh resulting in rise of mercury by one to two degrees.



Shimla: Monsoon on Saturday remained subdued
in most places of Himachal Pradesh resulting in rise of
mercury by one to two degrees.

The humidity level remained between 84 and 96 per cent
despite some rains in mid and lower hills.

Jogindernagar in Mandi district with 57 mm of rains
was the wettest in the hill state, followed by Una 34 mm,
Kheri 23 mm, Palampur 17 mm, Dharamsala 11 mm and Nainadevi 10
mm.

Una was the hottest with a day temperature of 34.6 deg
C, followed by Bhuntar 32.7 deg C, Sundernagar 31.9 deg C,
Mandi 31.2 deg C, Dharamsala 29.2 deg C, Solan 28.2 deg C and
Nahan 27.2 deg C.
