MP accuses Mulayam, Laloo of playing OBC politics for votes

Udhampur MP from Jammu and Kashmir Lal Singh Sunday lashed out at Mulayam Singh Yadav and Laloo Prasad Yadav for playing vote bank politics over OBC issue.

Kangra (HP): Udhampur MP from Jammu and
Kashmir Lal Singh Sunday lashed out at Mulayam Singh Yadav and
Laloo Prasad Yadav for playing vote bank politics over OBC
issue.

"Samajwadi party supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav and RJD
President Laloo Prasad Yadav are neither poor, nor weak and
socially backward but using the OBC card to pursue their vote
bank politics," he said presiding over the 471 birth
anniversary celebrations of Maharaja Pratap Singh here.

Earlier, inaugurating the function, Union Minister for
Steel, Virbhadra Singh cautioned against the divisions in the
society and said that India became slave not because it was
weak but because of the fact that rulers were divided and
joined hands with enemies.

Describing Maharaja as a great patriot, warrior and
national hero, Singh asked people to follow his ideals and
emulate him to serve the country with dedication.
