Himachal Pradesh continued unabated.

The minimum temperatures hovered around the freezing
point with Bhuntar, Sundernagar, Solan and Mandi recording
minimum temperature at minus 1.4 degree, minus 0.1 degree, and
zero degree respectively. Shimla recorded a low of 3.1 degree.
