Dino, Aftab, Air Chief Marshal Naik join India First New Delhi: As India’s oldest and most responsible News Channel, Zee News had recently introduced its nation’s building campaign ‘India First’. Launched with an objective of spreading the message of Unity, Progress and Prosperity of the Nation, the campaign highlights the common man issues and strives to unite the Nation by featuring positive stories and involving icons, celebrities and responsible citizens.

Moving ahead in its mission of encouraging and inspiring Indians to believe in themselves and work towards the betterment of the country, Zee News has gained the support of Dino Morea, Aftab Shivdasani and Neetu Chandra. In an attempt to reach out to citizens in the capital, the stars partnered Zee News to encourage people to forget all the differences like caste, language, religion and region at the Durand Cup finale.”. Where Air Chief Marshal Pradeep Vasant Naik especially marked his presence and appreciated the cause, India First.

To spread the India First message further, a friendly match was played between the members of the media and the girl children (underprivileged) with intent of empowering woman and to bring these children into the national mainstream. Celebrities were seen cheering the teams with full enthusiasm. Subsequently a signature campaign was organised to encourage people to vow to put India First in all instances.

Successfully running for over a month, the ‘India First’ campaign has also garnered support from noted Indians like Baichung Bhutia, Priyanka Chopra, Shahid Kapur, Suniel Shetty and Salman Khan. Conceptualized to live up to the vision of Mahatma Gandhi’s ‘India of my dream’, India First is yet another endeavour from the Zee News stable to encourage and inspire millions of Indians to believe in themselves and to pledge to work towards the betterment of the country.
