Army chopper makes emergency landing in Punjab village

All the four crew members including pilot are safe.

Hoshiarpur: An Army chopper Friday made an emergency landing in a wheat field in Mehli village here due to some technical snag, police said.

All the four crew members including pilot are safe, they said.

"The helicopter made an emergency landing in the village at around 12:30 pm," Hoshiapur SSP Dhanpreet Kaur said, adding, "the chopper had developed some technical snag".

There was no damage to the chopper, the SSP said.
