Coimbatore: BJP today said it would hold state-wide demonstrations on August 10 and 11 demanding prohibition and closure of state-run (TASMAC) outlets.

"The protests will continue till TASMAC outlets were closed in Tamil Nadu," state unit president Tamizhisai Soundararajan told reporters at nearby Mettupalayam.

She said she will be participating in the demonstrations in Salem tomorrow and in Chennai on August 11.
