Wait for CAT 2014 results likely to be over today

New Delhi: The results for Common Admission Test (CAT) 2014 exam were scheduled to be declared on Saturday evening. However, till 9.30 pm there was no confirmation on the official website - www.iimcat.ac.in - whether the results have been declared.

Reports, on the other hand, claimed that the results were declared at 7:00 pm.

The results link on the website is down hampering efforts by Zee Media to confirm whether the results have been declared.

Around 1.7 lakh students had appeared for the annual CAT examination which was held on November 16 and November 22 this year at 307 centres across 99 cities.

Aspiring candidates will be able to get admission in IIMs and other B-schools across the country with the help of CAT.

The CAT-2014 test was organised by IIM-Indore and a total of 1,96,951 candidates had registered for it.
