Ceasefire violations expose Pakistan's ''cowardly'' act: BSF IG

Border Security Force (IG) Rakesh Sharma said on Monday that the ceasefire violations have exposed Pakistan`s `cowardly` act and accused Islamabad of giving training to the terrorists to disturb peace in India.

New Delhi: Border Security Force (IG) Rakesh Sharma said on Monday that the ceasefire violations have exposed Pakistan`s `cowardly` act and accused Islamabad of giving training to the terrorists to disturb peace in India.

"Pakistan violated the ceasefire on the Line of Control few days back, but the Indians forces deployed there are giving them a befitting reply..Ceasefire violation affects the people living near the border areas," Sharma told ANI here.

"Pakistan has always tried to create disturbances and encourage infiltration. It is a known fact that in Pakistani, terrorists are trained and motivated to infiltrate and create disturbance" he added.

The Pakistani troops have been recently targeting several Indian posts along the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir.
