New Delhi: CBSE 12th Results 2016: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will declare the Twelfth grade‬‬/CBSE Class 12th Board Results 2016 on Saturday (May 21, 2016).

The CBSE will announce the CBSE XII Results 2016/CBSE Class XII Board Results 2016 at 12 noon on its official website www.cbse.nic.in and www.cbseresults.nic.in.

A total of 14,99,122 students had appeared in the exam across the country.

The schools will automatically get their entire Schools results on email id's already registered with the Board.

"Starting this year, CBSE will also provide Class XII digital mark sheets in DigiLocker at www.digilocker.gov.in. The DigiLocker account credentials will be sent to students via SMS on their mobile number registered with CBSE," an official statement said.

"The results will also be available via Android mobile app-DigiResults. As per previous years, the board will also be disseminating its results through IVRS also," it added.

The second phase of telecounselling will also commence along with the announcement of the results and will continue till June 4, 2016.

How to check CBSE 12th Result:

  • Go to official website www.cbseresults.nic.in
  • Click on the link 'Senior School Certificate Examination (Class XII ) 2016'
  • Enter the roll number
  • On submitting the same, the results will appear on the screen
  • Candidates may take a printout for future use
