New Delhi: Amid political heat over the alleged forcible reconversion of about 300 Muslims in Agra, BJP leader Vinay Katiyar on Thursday said nobody talks about Hindus' conversion.

Talking to reporters, Katiyar went on to say that the forefathers of Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah were also Hindu.

The issue created furore in Parliament yesterday.

The nearly 300 members of some 60 Muslim families living in a slum on Agra's outskirts reportedly embraced Hinduism on Monday. The Bajrang Dal said it had organised the event.
