Disciplinary Committee would look into issues of threat: Amit Shah

 In the light of his party MLAs allegedly threatening voters and businessmen, BJP president Amit Shah on Sunday said that the Disciplinary Committee would look into such matters.

Chennai: In the light of his party MLAs allegedly threatening voters and businessmen, BJP president Amit Shah on Sunday said that the Disciplinary Committee would look into such matters.

"Our party is a structured party. Disciplinary Committee is there. If any incident occurs, the Disciplinary Committee will take cognizance of the incident and then it will decide," Shah said, replying to a query.

On being pointed out incidents allegedly involving BJP leaders including Nandlal Meena and Bhawani Singh Rajawat from Rajasthan, he said, "Disciplinary Committee will decide on that issue. I don't know what is the issue exactly. I don't know that issue also. But the committee will take cognizance and look into the issue."
