New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday took to Twitter to pay tributes to freedom fighter Lala Lajpat Rai on his 150th birth anniversary.

"Remembering the courageous Lala Lajpat Rai on his birth anniversary. He was a visionary whose patriotism & ideals inspired many people. (sic)," PM Modi tweeted.

Also, the PM tweeted some handwritten papers of 'Punjab Kesari' Lala Lajpat Rai.

"These handwritten papers by 'Punjab Kesari' Lala Lajpat Rai will interest you," PM Modi wrote tweeting pictures of the papers.
