Mumbai: In another shocking revelation in Sheena Bora murder mystery, CBI on Saturday told Mumbai court that the prime accused in the case, Indrani Mukerjea, had shared the conspiracy to kill her daughter with her husband Peter Mukerjea.
According to a India Today report, CBI has told court that Peter Mukerjea knew about the plot to kill Sheena Bora as his wife had kept him in loop.
The CBI today filed its reply on former media baron Peter Mukerjea's bail plea.
Opposing bail to the former media baron, CBI stated that he is a British national and could flee if his bail was granted, India Today stated.
Meanwhile, the hearing of the case has been scheduled for January 30.
On January 11, a magistrate's court in Mumbai had extended the judicial custody of Peter till January 25.
He was produced before magistrate R V Adone after the earlier judicial remand expired.
Peter was arrested on November 19 for alleged role in the conspiracy.
