Lady in Kanhaiya Kumar's viral picture clarifies, says 'we are friends'

A picture has gone viral on social media showing Jawaharlal Nehru University Students Union president Kanhaiya Kumar with a lady.

New Delhi: Saumya Mani Tripathi, the lady who is seen with Jawaharlal Nehru University Students Union president Kanhaiya Kumar in a picture that has gone viral, has given a piece of her mind to gossip mongers.

Responding to her viral picture which tagged her as Kanhaiya's teacher, Saumya clarified that she is a research scholar and condemned the infringement of her private space.
