New Delhi: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will hold a parliamentary board meeting for the second day on Tuesday over Land Acquisition ordinance.
The meeting is likely to be held at around 6 pm today.
Speaking about the meeting, Union Minister Rajiv Pratap Rudy said that the ordinance will be discussed comprehensively.
“Land ordinance will be comprehensively discussed in parliamentary party meet at 6 pm today,” he told ANI.
A parliamentary board meeting on the issue was held yesterday at Home Minister Rajnath Singh's residence in which top party leaders were present.
After the meeting, BJP leader Ananth Kumar said that the issues raised by the farmer organizations were discussed at length.
He also added that Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who could not attend the meeting, and party chief Amit Shah would be apprised about the meet.
