New Delhi: As Prime Minister Narendra Modi stunned his critics and followers by making an unexpected landing in Lahore on Friday, Congress did not lose the opportunity to take a dig at this visit.

PM Modi, who addressed Afghanistan Parliament today after his two-day visit to Russia, later in the day decided to make a visit to Pakistan.
