New Delhi: The ongoing Budget Session of Parliament witnessed unruly scenes on Friday as the Opposition decided to block work unless Union HRD Minister Smriti Irani apologises for reading out controversial references to Goddess Durga, while BJP pressed for discussion on Congress leader P Chidambaram's controversial remarks on Afzal Guru.
