Nobody is interested in killing anybody: Amarinder Singh on Kejriwal's 'PM Modi can get me killed' remark

Chandigarh: Slamming Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for saying that PM Narendra Modi can get him killed, senior Congress leader Amarinder Singh, Friday, termed the AAP's leader statement as unnecessary.

Speaking to the mediapersons, Punjab Congress president Captain Amarinder Singh said, “Nobody is interested in killing anybody, these are unnecessary statements.”

Singh's reaction comes after Kejriwal accused the Bharatiya Janata Party and PM Modi of running a 'Daman Chakra' against the Aam Aadmi Party.

In a 10-minute long video message to party workers and countrymen, the AAP chief said, “It is a very critical time. This daman can get uglier in the days to come. They can get us killed, they can go to any extent...Going to jail will be a small thing, if you are not ready for qurbani then stay (in the party), else leave.”

What worries me is that the 'Raja' of the country is taking decisions just because he is angry with us, Kejriwal said.
