President Pranab wishes Parsi community on eve of their New Year

New Delhi: President Pranab Mukherjee has extended his greetings to all Parsi brothers and sisters on eve of their New Year.

In his message, Mukherjee said, "Greetings and good wishes to all my Parsi brothers and sisters on the joyous occasion of Navroz. The Parsi Community of India has over the years immensely enriched India and contributed enormously to the nation`s prosperity and welfare."

He further stated, "Navroz represents new beginnings. May this festival bring happiness and prosperity to all and inspire us to spread the message of amity and goodwill far and wide."
