Nainital: Yoga Guru Ramdev's aide Balkrishna who is an accused in a forgery case has been granted permission by the Uttarakhand High Court to visit Nepal for six days.

Justice UC Dhyani of the High Court granted permission to Balkrishna to visit Nepal from February 25 to March 2 yesterday and asked him to report back to the court concerned on March 3 immediately after his return from that country, CBI counsel Arvind Vashishth said.

The passport of Balkrishna against whom a CBI court has already framed charges accusing him of getting it issued on the basis of fake documents is in the High Court's custody.

As a passport is not required to visit Nepal, his counsel withdrew the request for its release made earlier along with a plea seeking permission for the yoga guru's aide to visit Nepal, Vashishth said.
