New Delhi: In a major and sensational revelation, it has come to the fore that India's most-wanted and underworld gangster Dawood Ibrahim lives in a bungalow at Karachi's Clifton area.
Moreover, it has been claimed that Dawood Ibrahim's bungalow looks similar to Osama bin Laden's Abbottabad compound, according to an investigation done by CNN-News18.
Clifton is an affluent suburb located in the Saddar Town of Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.
Busting the Pakistan's biggest denial, the channel in a sting operation cum investigation has tracked down Dawood Ibrahim.
Details of the underworld don's bungalow:-
- This is where the don lives - D-13, Block-4, Clifton, Karachi, Pakistan.
- Dawood's bungalow is surrounded on two sides by vacant plots
- Dawood's Clifton bungalow has 3-metre high walls
Reactions over the investigation
Reacting to the findings of the investigation, Leela Ponappa (Ex Deputy NSA, said, "Won't be surprised if Pakistan still remains in denial mode on Dawood."
Also, S Balakrishnan, journalist who earlier interview the don said, "Dawood is Pakistan's biggest intelligence asset. He is very close to Pak Army Chief Raheel Sharif."
Earlier, there were reports that Dawood Ibrahim has gangrene. However, Dawood Ibrahim's close associate Chhota Shakeel had rejected the reports.
