Sachin and Rekha were nominated by President Pranab Mukherjee to Rajya Sabha in 2012.
According to an analysis by Factly, Sachin and Rekha are the worst performing members of the Rajya Sabha.
The master blaster and the ultimate diva of Bollywood have a mere attendance record of just more than five percent.
Also, both have not taken part in any debate since their nomination.
Rekha has not even asked a single question, while Sachin has asked just seven so far.
Celebrity parliamentarians are notorious for their poor attendance.
