Lord Hanuman, known as Mahavira was Lord Shiva's incarnation.

The 'Pawan Putra', described as a greatest devotee of Lord Rama, once applied sindoor all over his body for his master's (Rama's) long life.

 

In Sanskrit, the name Hanuman means disfigured jaw.

Mahavira, a brahmachari had a son Makar Dhwaja, who was born to a powerful fish.

Lord Hanuman is also believed to have created his own version of Ramayana.

Son of King Pandu and Kunti, Bheema was a brother of Bajrangbali.

 

The ardent devotee of Lord Rama, once rejected a gift (pearl necklace) offered by his master's wife Sita. He refused to accept it as it didn't had Rama's name.
