New Delhi: External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj, who was recently seen responding and offering quick help to the people in distressed, on Tuesday issued a 'hashtage' to be used during emergency and 'SOS' situations.
Swaraj took to Twitter to launch the above mentioned 'hashtage', which she will personally monitor.
