New Delhi: A Mechanical Engineer from Visakhapatnam has written an open letter to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and sent him a demand draft of Rs 364 so that he could get a pair of new shoes for himself.

In the letter, Sumit Agrawal has urged the Aam Aadmi Party chief not to embarrass India again.

Sumit, who seemed unhappy with Kejriwal for donning floaters at Republic Day dinner function held at the President's House, wrote: “It’s sad that the Delhi Government does not even provide proper footwear to its employees.”

The event was attended by a number of eminent guests, including French President Francois Hollande.
