Srinagar: All India Trade Union Congress
(AITCU) on Tuesday held a demonstration against price rise of
essential commodities here.
A group of about 100 agitators gathered at the Residency
Road and shouted slogans against the price hike of daily-use
items.
"We are holding a protest against the price hike...it is
unacceptable to us," an agitator said.
The protesters later dispersed off peacefully.
