In yet another attack on the Indian armed forces, unidentified terrorists opened fire at an Army convey in Shopian district of Jammu and Kashmir.

Srinagar: In yet another attack on the Indian armed forces, unidentified terrorists opened fire at an Army convey in Shopian district of Jammu and Kashmir.

As per initial reports, terrorists fired upon a patrol party at Watourpora Imamsahab area in Shopian district, South Kashmir.

One jawan was injured in the attacked.

There are conflicting reports on the exact sequence of events. Eyewitness accounts said that terrorists were hiding in the bushes near the road and opened fire on the passing Army convoy.

Following the attack, a massive manhunt has been launched to track the terrorists.
