Jammu: The BJP today said Jammu and
Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah should concentrate on
providing good governance and restoring law and order in the
Valley rather than focusing on demands for autonomy.
As a Chief Minister of the state, Abdullah should
address the basis grievances of the people and concentrate on
equitable development of Ladakh, Kashmir and Jammu, the
Pradesh BJP president Shamsher Singh Manhas told reporters
Since the state is passing through tough times, the
Chief Minister should not divert the attention of the people
by raking up the issue of autonomy, he said.
"There are no supporters to Autonomy either from Jammu
and Ladakh regions as also from political are other parties in
the valley," he said.
As per as nationalists are concerned, they are totally
