Dy Director among 23 injured in mishaps in J&K

A Deputy Director was among 23 people injured, six of them critically, in two separate mishaps in Rajouri and Ramban districts of Jammu and Kashmir Thursday.

Jammu: A Deputy Director was among 23 people injured, six of them critically, in two separate mishaps in Rajouri and Ramban districts of Jammu and Kashmir Thursday.
A vehicle, in which Planning Department Deputy Director Subash Kumar was travelling, was hit by a truck on Jammu-Srinagar national highway at Shatani Nallah area, 200 kms from here today, they said.
Kumar and two others were injured in the incident and hospitalised, they said.
In another mishap, a vehicle skidded off the road and rolled down into a gorge at Shadra Sharief area in Thanamandi-Rajouri road in the district this morning, they
said.

Twenty people were injured, six of them critically, in the mishap, they said.
