Former militant shot dead in Anantnag

Srinagar: Unidentified gunmen on Tuesday shot dead a former militant in Kashmir`s Anantnag district, police said.
The gunmen fired shots at Munawar Zaman Malik at Arwani in Bijbehara area at around 7.35 pm, police said.

Malik, aged 30, was rushed to a hospital where he was declared brought dead, they said.
Malik is a former militant, police said.
