Four Lashkar recruits rescued in J&K

Four school students, allegedly lured by terrorist outfit Laskar-e-Taiba (LeT), were rescued by security forces in Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir, police said.



Jammu: Four school students, allegedly lured by terrorist outfit Laskar-e-Taiba (LeT), were rescued by security forces in Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir, police said.

The class eight and nine students were rescued last night when they were heading toward a forest to receive training from LeT commander Habib Gujjar alias Salman, they said.

The boys, identified as Nayeem Ahmed Bhat, Sadam Hussain Sheikh, Khalid Zubair and Amar Naqeeb, studied at Iqbal Academy and Green Model School in Kisthwar.
The students, aged between 13 and 15 years, were later handed over to their parents, they added.
