Srinagar: Supporters of Hurriyat hardliner Syed Ali Shah Geelani on Friday waved Pakistani flags outside his residence in Jammu and Kashmir`s Hyderpora.The incident comes after Geelani refused to owe allegiance to India even as he applied for a passport here.
"By birth I am not Indian," Geelani said as he exited from the Passport Seva Kendra in Srinagar.
Geelani has applied for an Indian passport to go to Saudi Arabia and visit his ailing daughter.His wife and son completed biometrics at the Regional Passport Office (RPO) in Srinagar after they had applied online for their passports.
