policy of Jammu and Kashmir government, National Panthers

Justifying opposition to the proposed surrender policy,
Singh said, "The issue of youths who had gone to Pakistan
occupied Kashmir for arms training is a different matter. They

years in jails have not been released.
About performance of the NC-Congress coalition
government, he said "there is no government existing in the
state. The government has failed and there is no governance
