Patna: Kumar Raghvendra, an independent candidate in the fray for Bikram Assembly constituency in Patna district on Sunday retired in favour of LJP nominee
Siddharth Singh in Patna district.
Confirming it, RJD secretary general Ramkripal Yadav said Raghvendra joined the RJD this afternoon.
Election to Bikram constituency is scheduled to be held in the fifth phase on November 9.
