Jammu: The NC-Congress coalition in Jammu and Kashmir has institutionalised corruption and most of the energy of the government is being exhausted in dealing with scams, state BJP on Tuesday alleged.

"Whether it is the 'examination scam' involving state education minister, or the mysterious death of NC worker Yosouf Shah the government is busy handling scams one after another," BJP chief spokesperson and national executive member Jitendra Singh told reporters here.

The institutions like State Accountability Commission and State Vigilance Organisation have been rendered defunct and corruption itself has got institutionalised, he claimed.

Singh alleged that it is an irony that on the one hand the chief minister talks of transparency and accountability, while on the other hand tainted ministers and bureaucrats are rewarded with lucrative portfolios and postings.

B.J.P has no right to add these allegations against any party. The party which is totally foccussed on ethnic and chauvinitic grounds connot talk like this. Once Gandhiji was addicted to gud (a product of sugarcane) and one student came to him to gain the remedy for quitting this habbit of taking gud. gandhiji said to him to come after one month and in that month he himself left the gud and then adviced its aftermaths to the student. so it is a lesson for b.j.p to first of all quit its campaigning process on the ground of ayodya _babri masjid dispute and then vindicate the truth.
