New Delhi: Justice Fakkir Mohamed Ibrahim
Kalifulla has been appointed the new Chief Justice of the
Jammu and Kashmir High Court.
"In exercise of the powers conferred by section 95 of the
Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir, the President is pleased to
appoint Justice Kalifulla to be the Chief Justice of the
Jammu and Kashmir High Court," an official release said here
on Monday.
Justice Kalifulla is a judge in the same High
Court.
