Srinagar: The meeting of North Zonal Council
which was to be chaired by Union Home Minister P Chidambaram on September 27 here has been postponed as assembly sessions in most of the constituent states will be then in progress, a
senior official said Friday.
"The North Zonal Council secretariat has informed us that the meeting has been postponed for the time being," Jammu and Kashmir Chief Secretary Madhav Lal told reporters.
