J&K Police unit to prevent human trafficking

Jammu and Kashmir Police has set up two units to deal with crimes related to human trafficking in the state.

Jammu: Jammu and Kashmir Police has set up
two units to deal with crimes related to human trafficking in
the state.

"Two anti-human trafficking units have been set up in
Jammu and Udhampur districts," IGP (Jammu Zone) Dilbagh Singh
told reporters here on Monday.

"Our endeavour is to spread the network of anti-human
trafficking units to other districts to deal with exploitation
of women and children," he said.
